SHIPPING POLICY

At BeerBeltCo™, we ship every order from our US warehouse in 
Delaware. Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days from the 
date of purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING

After you place your order, it usually takes 1–2 business days 
for our team to process and prepare your shipment.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will typically 
ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, 
or on US holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is 
on its way, including a tracking number.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the 
United States.

We ship via trusted US carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx

The carrier is selected based on your location and shipping 
address. You will receive carrier-specific tracking information 
once your order ships.

ORDER TRACKING

Every BeerBeltCo™ order includes free tracking. As soon as your 
package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping 
confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of 
your purchase, please contact us at supportbeerbeltco@gmail.com.

UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered, but 
you have not received it:

1. Check with your neighbors or building manager — packages are 
   sometimes left at nearby addresses.
2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are marked as delivered 
   before they actually arrive.
3. Contact your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx office with your 
   tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact 
us at supportbeerbeltco@gmail.com and we will help resolve the 
issue.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your 
order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect 
addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us at 
supportbeerbeltco@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. 
We will do our best to update the address before the package 
ships.

Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to change the 
shipping address.

SALES TAX

Sales tax may apply to your order depending on your state of 
residence and current US tax laws. Any applicable sales tax 
will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete 
your purchase.
