REFUND POLICY

don't, we've got you covered with our 30-day money-back guarantee.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are 
unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are 
responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of 
purchase. Please do not send purchased items back to the 
manufacturer — all returns must be sent directly to BeerBeltCo™.

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, 
  or have missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an 
email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also 
notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will 
automatically be applied to your original method of payment 
within 5–10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received your refund yet:

1. Please check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time 
   before the refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

we'll make it right.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your BeerBeltCo™ arrives damaged or defective, please contact 
us at supportbeerbeltco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- A short description of the issue

We will send a replacement free of charge — no return required.

SALE ITEMS

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. 
Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with promotional 
discount codes cannot be refunded — only exchanged for the 
same item if defective.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you 
need to exchange your BeerBeltCo™ for the same product, please

- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- A short description of the issue

We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

GIFTS

If your BeerBeltCo™ was marked as a gift at the time of purchase 
and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher via 
email for the value of the return once we receive the item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift 
giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, 
and they will be notified of the return.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original 
shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing 
shipping insurance for any returned item. We cannot guarantee 
that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
